Pearly Drops, Us and more chosen to Impala's 100 Artists to Watch list
Four fresh Finnish acts were chosen to Impala's yearly "100 Artists to Watch" list: Louna0nline, Olga, Pearly Drops (pictured above), and Us. Who are they, you're asking? Don't worry – scroll down just a bit and learn more about them!
Once again, Impala (European Independent Labels Association) published its anticipated 100 Artists to Watch list. The list was made for the fourth consecutive year in collaboration with YouTube and it features an impressive selection of independent labels and emerging talents from the European independent music sector. The list showcases artists from 30 countries, covering a wide range of genres from jazz to hip-hop, folk to electronic, and pop to punk.
From Finland, the list includes louna0nline (louna0nline), OLGA (PME Records, Cyber Recordings), Pearly Drops (Music Website), and Us (Lördag, Dark Horse Songs) – at least the latter two should ring a bell to those following Music Finland's playlists and showcase events.
The list has been curated by IMPALA members and their networks. IndieCo ry, the Finnish independent label association, has been involved in the creation of the list. IMPALA represents over 6,000 independent European record labels, and IndieCo ry is an IMPALA member organization.

Pearly Drops
Pearly Drops is the electronic indie pop duo consisting of Sandra Tervonen and Juuso Malin. With concise and sparse compositional methods, ethereal vocal performances underlined by dreamy, precise synths and percussion, Pearly Drops explain to be "in the process of weaving - something made for keeping the hope inside and the unmeaningful at bay". Pearly Drops’ nostalgic soundscapes have been said to create a “sense of time and placelessness in a world of strange and softly smudged pop music”. The ethereal synth pop duo released their third album, The Voices Are Coming Back, via the Music Website label in 2025 and are touring heavily across the globe throughout this year.
Us
Us is a four-piece rock combo that has risen through persistent international work to become one of Finland’s most promising export artists. Blending garage rock, punk, and classic British rhythm and blues, Us is formed by of three brothers, Teo Hirvonen, Pan Hirvonen, and Max Somerjoki, along with their friend Leevi Jämsä. The group has honed its live performance to a high level by, among other things, playing at Glastonbury for four consecutive years and performing on the main stage of Japan’s major Fuji Rock Festival in summer 2025. The Helsinki-based band recorded their new album in London with producer Charlie Russell (Liam Gallagher, Alt-J, Wargasm). Us has played sold-out shows at venues such as the legendary O2 Academy clubs in the UK, appeared at numerous notable festivals across Europe, and supported acts including The Libertines, at whose studio they also recorded their debut album Underground Renaissance (2024). The 2nd album will be released in 2026.
louna0nline
louna0nline emerged in 2024 with her contemporary alternative pop sound, combining Finnish-sung lyrics, modern rap, hyperpop, and hazy, ethereal soundscapes. Despite being one of the most hyped new domestic artists in Finland, she louna0nline has stayed 100% independent, releasing her music – a handful of singles and one ep thus far – through her own label. Her production features bold experiments and a unique sound that has already won over a loyal following.
OLGA
Electro pop star OLGA released her debut her debut single Uus bitch in 2024, and soon became one of the most popular new artists in Finland, garnering chart numbers, streaming success, and music industry awards. Her music is inspired by pop culture and is full of electronic sounds and catchy dance-pop rhythms, designed to be as much at home in night clubs and headphones. Working with Alma (Miettinen) and being the first artist on her label Cyber Recordings has given Olga a place where she can realize her musical vision on her own terms, inspired by her mentor's unique career and vision for pop music. Olga's debut album Saint Olga was released through Cyber Recordings and PME Records in 2025.
