Grave Pleasures (ex-Beastmilk) inked a deal with Sony and announced new drummer

Grave Pleasures, the post-punk/metal band formerly known as Beastmilk, have signed a deal with Sony. The band heads into the studio this May with award-winning producer Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Killing Joke), with release date for their second album set for September 2015.

The band’s frontman Mat “Kvohst” McNerney commented on the new album: "Expect a recording of raw, wild, intense and desperate punk that could ignite any dank bunker or collapse a stadium.”

Grave Pleasures’ line-up has gone through changes recently: Uno Bruniusson of Swedish metal pioneers In Solitude is the new drummer of the band. Bruniusson joins singer and founding member Mat “Kvohst" McNerney (also of Hexvessel), bassist Valtteri Arino, guitarist/song-writer Linnéa Olsson, who joined the band in 2014, and new guitarist Juho Vanhanen who also plays in black metal group Oranssi Pazuzu.
