One of the leading names in the phonk genre, DJ FKU (also known as Skorde) rose to streaming fame with the song "MTG - PISTA TOMA", a collaboration with RXDXVIL released in 2023. With his unique blend of phonk, drum and bass, and funk, DJ FKU has gained massive amounts of plays on Spotify – being the biggest Finnish streamer with over 9 million monthly listeners in 2024 – and TikTok. The anonymous (no pictures available), young and prolific artist releases new music weekly with his countless aliases, with DJ FKU being the most prominent.

Tempo Giusto

Tempo Giusto (Tuomas Lähteenoja) is a DJ, producer and composer from Turku, who has been called one of the leading names of Tech Trance. Tempo Giusto debuted in 2008 with the single "Agent Orange" and since then he has released singles through labels such as Black Hole Recordings, Armada Music, Ultra Records and Spinnin Records and his own label Echelon Records.

Digital Mindz (Oskar Hänninen) is a prominent figure in the worldwide hardstyle scene. Known for its fusion of savage kicks, piercing screeches, and melancholic melodies, Digital Mindz has recorded for Dirty Workz, one of the genre's prominent labels, since 2014. For a decade, Digital Mindz has played on stages across the globe: the Netherlands, Germany, Scotland, Estonia, Australia, and Austria. Psylla is the project of Helsinki-based producer Aleksi Kiiskinen, known for his experimental approach to electronic music. Combining unconventional sounds with a broad range of influences, Psylla moves across genres with a distinctive and textured sound. In addition to electronic production, Kiiskinen plays traditional instruments like guitar and drums. His work has received recognition from artists such as Disclosure, Baauer, RL Grime, and Mr. Bill. Alongside his solo music, he also mixes, masters, and produces for other artists, highlighting his versatile skills. Misha is a beatmaker and electronic music producer whose musical background is strongly in melodic soul-based hip-hop. Misha was born in Moscow, Russia, but moved to his current home town Helsinki as a child. He first found success rapping in Finnish under the artist name Haamu, releasing his rap debut in 2006, but soon started producing beats. Misha has released music on labels such as Chillhop, Sundae Sauce, and Melting Pot.

ZARG started making music with a FL Studio Mobile as a 16-year-old. Later he got his hands on an actual copy of FL Studio 20 and started making trap and hip hop beats, posting them on YouTube. Next stop was to release lo-fi/chill beats on Spotify, from which he moved on after two albums and over 30 singles. Now Zarg makes electronic music with a wide palette: house, UK garage and much more – you can't really tell what his next track will sound like. ZARG is equally inspired by Finnish rock, grunge and old school rap as he is by Daft Punk, indie and house music.

Kristianex

Jonas Rasku, known as Kristianex, is a Swedish-born Finnish music producer active in the EDM scene. After over a decade of music producing and completing a bachelor’s degree, he has gained recognition with support from artists like David Guetta, Armin Van Buuren, and Martin Garrix. His music has reached over 10 million streams and appeared on festival stages including Tomorrowland: Around The World. In 2023, Kristianex released his biggest hit track, “Sweat” with Amero & GYMBRO. As of January 2025, Kristianex has released two tracks with Dannic on Protocol Recordings.

Glayden's solo career started in 2019 with the debut single release "Eurosport", as part of Helsinki's Below0 collective and record label. A long string of single has followed since, leading up to the release of the 2023 EP's "Belief Systems" and "GoGetter". In his music, Glayden candidly combines aesthetics of Y2K era pop with ethereal eurodance, euphoric club music and narcotic rap, not far removed from his Swedish peers Ecco2k or Bladee from Drain Gang.

Electronic music producer and dj Lumi got a flying start for her career in 2024. Already before her debut release, “Look The Other Way” released on Octopus Records in early 2024, Lumi had performed alongside dj's like Pan-Pot, Marie Vaunt, Korolova, Tiga, Teenage Mutants, and Will Clarke. The single charted at #3 on Beatport’s Indie Dance charts and garnered impressive stream numbers, making it to over a dozen editorial playlists. She has also been featured in outlets like DJ Mag UK, LA Weekly, and Techno Germany.

Jeku

Adept Berlin-based dj store and vinyl distributor Bordello a Parigi has described techno producer Jeku's (real name: Jesse Perttunen) 2023 EP "Surreality" as "club tracks for DJs looking to lift dancefloors and mind-melters to help lead the crowd to the outer realms". That is a quite accurate description of Jeku's four-song collection of breakbeats, squeaking acid basslines and alienating synth leads. Jeku is a regular DJ in the Helsinki club scene and has releases out on Craigie Knowes, his personal label Non-Temporal and Amsterdam-based One Eye Witness.

DJ JVS

DJ JVS is part of the Helsinki-based label BELOW0 and a familiar name to people active in the city's club scene. DJ JVS emerged in streaming platforms in 2023, releasing their debut single "Rack City II" with vocalist Glayden and the solo track "Velvet". In 2025, DJ JVS returned with the two-track single "Awe/Starblazer". Their mainly ambient/drone style productions have been said to incorporate airy atmospheres, driving rhythms, and sometimes influences from old-school progressive trance and techno.

Winning Team is a group of DJ/producers from Helsinki. The members are Max Well, Veli Hiidenmaa, Patric Brex, and Isku. Their music style is best described as big room and electro house, with obvious nods to hardstyle – and at least some casual flirting with EDM and pop.

Techno artist Empath explores auditory experiences through his productions, DJ sets, and live performances. His recent techno and dark ambient releases have been put out on labels such as Darknet, Prodigal Son, KONFLKT, Translucent, Signature Dark, EABE, Vumantra, and Underdub. In his DJ sets, he often blends different styles and approaches, creating sets that emphasize fluid transitions and rhythmic experimentation.

Happy hardcore producer Öwes likes to keep things mysterious: with no website, biography, or much of anything except an Instagram account and some tracks available across various digital platforms, Öwes has garnered a substantial following for his music. And this has happened in under two years, after Öwes released the debut single "Binary Voices" in the summer of 2023.

The project consists of two established EDM producers who have each released music under their own names but wish to remain anonymous for this project. As massive dance music fans for most of their lives, the Winter Games duo live and breathe the UK dance music culture. Hailing from Lapland, it’s only natural that they’ve played sets at the local fells and on sea ice, as well as the hottest clubs of Helsinki. Winter Games' tracks have been featured on BBC Radio 1 and supported by DJs such as Sarah Story, Danny Howard, and Jaguar, and the duo recently made their UK club debut when they played Lau.ra's Wonk Club and packed the London club This House Party. The spring light, the snow, and the midnight sun bring a brighter side to the duo’s music.

Signed to Universal Music, Eetu Rantakokko started releasing music under his Eben moniker in 2017. After his beginnings in wobbly, and bass-heavy dubstep, Eben's music has moved towards euphoric dance music with big pop hooks and house beats. Besides his solo releases, Eben is known as the other half in the popular EDM duo Yes Yes.

Finnish music producer DJVI became a household name in the electronic music scene through the popular mobile game Geometry Dash (released 2013), which has featured quite a few of his tracks, as well as the spin-off games Dub Dash and Dash Till Puff. After more than a dozen years in the game, DJVI has a long discography of songs, as well as an active presence on services such as YouTube. His music incorporates influences from styles like dance, house, dubstep and techno.

Stereo Terror

Stereo Terror, the duo of Henry ”Hulk” Uhlgren and Saku Solin (from famed industrial rockers Turmion Kätilöt), started throwing parties already in 2016. But it was not until 2022 that Stereo Terror became a real band (of sorts), and started releasing their own music. With vocalists like Noora Louhimo (Battle Beast) in the mix and the likes of Proteus, Milla Lehto and Janji providing remixes, Stereo Terror are surely going places. Incorporating equal amounts of disco and metal in their dj sets, Stereo Terror is promised to "make the show happen".

Producer and dj Kuokka started releasing music in 2021 and has already gained millions of streams with his circa 40 single releases on labels such as Bounce & Bass, Future House Cloud and Ninetone. Many of Kuokka’s most popular songs are energetic EDM covers of beloved hits by artists like Britney Spears, Madonna, Marshmello and Calvin Harris – and his own compositions also rely heavily on vocal hooks, smooth house beats and atmospheric synth pads.

DJ-Producer Samlight is known for his powerful house music with melodic hooks. Samlight is now releasing new tunes on Spinnin' Talent Pool after being signed to the world famous dance music label Spinnin' Records in early 2018. Somepoe is a DJ and producer from northern Finland and a graduate of the Red Bull Music Academy. He has performed in a variety of settings, ranging from venues in northern Europe to clubs in New York City. Somepoe's music combines elements of UK Garage, 2000s r&b samples, and influences from his northern background. His track "Needed U" was recently featured on a mix by Oneman for Fabric London. Somepoe's work has received support from artists such as A-Trak, Benji B, and Brodinski.

Yotto has already made his debut on the BBC’s iconic Essential Mix, to add to his 5 ‘Essential New Tune’ nods from Pete Tong, and 2 ‘Hottest Record In the World’ selections on Annie Mac’s show. His multifarious remix list includes Gorillaz, Röyksopp and Coldplay. Yotto's debut album "Hyperfall" was released on Anjunabeats label in 2018 and in 2019 he founded his own label, Odd One Out. Yotto's sophomore album release "Growth" saw the light of day in 2023.

Klas-Henrik Lindblad, a Finnish DJ and producer now based in Berlin, is a man with various aliases – out of which Sasse may be the best known. Under his Freestyle Man guise, Lindblad mainly releases deep house tracks which are sometimes jazzy and sometimes more minimal. On Freestyle Man tracks during the past five or so years, Lindblad has frequently collaborated with Jimi Tenor.

One of the most popular EDM producers and dj’s from Finland, Robbe (Robin Björkskog) entered the EDM scene in 2019, still in his teens, and has since produced several million-streaming songs and remixes in the slap bass genre, with hints of bounce and psy-trance thrown in. Robbe’s tracks are typically covers and remixes of classic hits by artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, P!nk and Haddaway, ranging from the 90’s to today. The extremely prolific producer has released well over 120 singles over the span of five years. He has been supported by artists such as Marshmello, Alesso, R3HAB and INNA and worked with the labels Sony, Warner, Spinnin' and Kontor Records.

Less Gravity, also known by his other musical alter ego Kooma, is a lofi producer who creates beats with calm and chill vibes and a pinch of humour. After a lengthy string of singles in 2028, he released his debut album "Channel Surfing" in 2019. By 2024, the album has already been followed by five more as well as around 150 singles – with his own version of the famous "The Force Theme" from the movie Star Wars among them!
